We are on the mezzanine at the Hyatt Regency, on Buitengracht. A concierge meets you at the front entrance and walks you to the lift. Take it up one floor. You will smell it before you see it.
Aged brass, deep velvet, raw concrete. Booths that hold two, long tables that seat twelve, and a terrace for open-air evenings.
The lighting is always low. The music is always right. The staff know when to leave you alone.
